Can I Get a Refund?
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and understand exactly how our digital products and subscriptions work.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once access has been granted.
Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Once your purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to the content. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital products.

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard by logging into your account.
Important notes about subscriptions:

Previous subscription payments are not refundable

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds are issued for unused time
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Exceptions & Support
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a technical malfunction, or did not receive access as intended, please contact us at mail@nz-ecommerce.com with your order details. We review these cases individually and aim to resolve them fairly.
